Inside, the villa enjoys a spacious open-plan living space which is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a smart flat-screen TV, a fireplace and a dining table. This area enjoys a cool tiled floor and leads out to a large balcony which looks out over the lake - the perfect place to unwind with a book, soak up the sun or enjoy drinks at the end of the day.

The separate kitchen is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine (Dolcegusto), a fridge and a breakfast table.

Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the Golf Club Premeno, a small, picturesque golf course located a 12-minute drive from the accommodation. The property is surrounded by lush forests and rolling hills, ideal for hiking, mountain biking, and nature walks.

Visitors can also take day trips to explore Lake Maggiore’s many attractions, including; the botanical gardens of Villa Taranto (a 20-minute drive), and the lakeside towns of Baveno and Stresa (both a 40-minute drive) where guests will find frequent boat tours to the Borromeo’s islands.
