    “Ein tolles Hotel am Times Square. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut, Kaffee wie gewohnt etwas zu dünn, Zimmer sehr groß, sauber und recht ruhig, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Betten bequem. Wartezeit am Fahrstuhl zeitweise etwas lang, aber alles in allem gut organisiert auch beim Frühstück. Ich würde hier wieder buchen.”

    “It was a nice hotel. Very big and beautiful lobby. There was a destination fee at check in of around $140 (non-refundable) and a $300 incidental fee that’s refundable after checkout. That was not expected and a lot of money to foot all at start of trip. But other than that, check in was smooth sailing. The room was run-down and in major need of an upgrade. Very disappointing! For instance, shabby looking carpet, older and dusty furniture. The chaise lounge had very noticeable stains and spots....”
