"Room wasn’t ready on arrival, over 2 hours after check in time. House keeping were apologetic, less so the owner on the phone. Couldn’t open and close bedroom door - hits the bed. Initial impression of cleanliness but stains on curtains, dust clouds under the sofa, stains on balcony floor. Lack of attention to detail eg: broken bottle opener, no battery in the clock. Pool view was nice. Was ok for the price paid. "

"Beautiful oasis walking distance to Old Town! We were very impressed the moment we walked in. The apartment building entrance is pretty unassuming, and you almost feel you’re in the wrong place. But once you open the door you are welcomed in with a beautiful aroma and modern luxuries. Location is great, and it’s a 10 min walk down to the promenade and Split old town. "We really enjoyed our time here. We coordinated with the host to let them know our arrival time, and even though we arrived a little later than planned they were still there waiting at the reception desk to show us around our apartment. We had to request to get our room cleaned after 3 days of no cleaning! Other hotel guests had left their room service dishes, with leftover food in the hallway.
