About this space

Relax on the expansive sectional sofa while watching Netflix on the Smart TV in this slick, tastefully decorated apartment in a beautiful, remodelled 1892 house. Soak up a blend of modern and vintage charm illuminated by plentiful natural light.

Bedroom has comfortable King size bed with quality mattress and spacious wardrobe.

Big living room/lounge area is combined with kitchen and has large dining table. It can be converted into second bedroom with its super huge comfortable sofa pullout bed where two more can sleep.

The apartment sits on a quiet street in Prague’s most desirable central residential districts rippling with Art Nouveau and Art Deco buildings. It's near TV Tower and lovely George Square with its coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and farmers' market. It will take about 20 mins on foot to Old Town or just minutes by tram or metro to all touristic sights. Nearest tram stop is 2 and metro station 5 minutes walk. Excellent stay

The apartment was so nice - very clean, convenient and had all amenities. The host arranged for pick up at the airport and transport to the vrbo. Our driver, Lukas, was prompt and gave us some local history during the commute. He was also hilarious. No complaints at all. Wonderful stay!

Very nice flat, good access to tourist sites & transit

We had a very nice stay. Very standard apartment with very good access to transit, with an excellent guide provided by hosts about restaurants, transit, touring, etc. Great hosts! All their recommendations were excellent!

A hidden gem

We felt comfortable with our stay after consistent reply to our emails. Not only was the unit clean and well stocked but it had clear instructions laminated for Foreign tourists who spoke English. Kind of a local district where there are markets and restaurants outside the city center but accepting residents. I speak English and Spanish and some German but the language curve for Checha is very hard due to words with 3 consonants and then a vowel. A challenge in markets and older merchants but younger people can understand English (not much German which I think is a block from East and West Europe). Apartment residents are quiet and hardly seen. Some Construction and Garbage Collection (2-3 times a week) noise but in late morning. Uber is best way to get to sites. Owners are great and they leave a manual of inside information! Would recommend to experience the real thing. Reasonable rates.

Superb Location, Lovely Apartment

Excellent choice for a stay in Prague. Rob and Pavel are exceptional hosts, and their thorough guidebook helped us plan our time well. The place is well maintained, clean, roomy, and ideally situated close to everything in Prague but just outside of the floods of tourists in Old Town. We couldn't recommend this place more highly.

Super clean and comfortable

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rob and Pavel’s flat. Every detail is taken care of, and we had no problems. And the flat is clean, easy and super comfortable. Communication and check in was perfectly managed. But the best part of our stay was the comprehensive and detailed Prague guide that is provided with the rental. Every time we used the guide’s recommendation or advice, we had a great experience. Thank you so much!!

Perfect spot

My husband and I enjoy 5 days at Pavel and Rob’s apartment. The location was just a short distance via metro or tram to the Old and New Town. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Both men were easy to communicate with. They provided an extremely helpful book with loads of information on transportation, restaurants, night life, shopping and more. We went to a number of their eating recommendations and enjoy all of them.

Excellent correspondence with Robert from the first email with lots of helpful information. Apartment was ready when we arrived early and was greeted by Pavel who gave us more useful tips about the neighbourhood, City and transportation. The apartment was bright, modern, comfortable and spotless.Easy walking to the main attractions or trams and metro. Local pubs, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, grocery stores all very close and convenient. Would highly recommend this apartment, you'll enjoy your your stay here. Thank you.
