"Comfy easy access room with walk-in shower, very helpful staff. Surprisingly quiet given it was Eater Saturday night.
EV charger parking spot was occupied for many hours by a non-electric vehicle and the adjacent spot occupied by an EV which was not on charge. Staff said they were not responsible for its use."

"The receptionist that checked us in was very abrupt and rude. We only got answers after a more senior receptionist was involved and could answer our questions.
The biggest issue was that we paid for breakfast for 2 because Expedia clearly states that this is served daily from 06.30 and we had to be on our way by 07.10. We were informed that this information was wrong and the senior receptionist was only able to give some fruit, an energy bar, a yoghurt and croissant! This is not worth £19.50...

"The room was fine but I found a bit of dust between the wooden boards and the ceiling and floor. Bedsheet was clean , pillows were not very comfy . Reception staff was nice. bathroom and shower were clean however there were some constant leaking water from the shower."

"This would have been the perfect place for my overnight stay before collecting somebody from Gatwick airport early the next morning. However, it was a cold night and the heating was not on. When I called for assistance at 21.30 I was told that somebody would check the boiler and that it was on a timer and should come on soon! Nothing happened, although the hallway and passage ways were heated. I turned the knob as requested to no avail and nobody saw to it that the heating was on. I froze all...
