"ウィーンを訪れる家族や友人に必ずオススメしたい評価の高いホテルである。ホテルが小規模なので、スタッフから親密なサービスが受けられる。大きいホテルだと部外者が入ってくることもあるが、そういうこともなく安全性が高い。立地が良く、夜間に行われるオペラ座や楽友協会、カールス教会などのコンサートに、徒歩数分で行くことができる。観光の主要駅であるカールスプラッツ駅のすぐそばである。遠方に行く際に利用する、主要駅であるウィーン中央駅にも近い。リンク内のホテルだと、お店や人が多く、細い路地も入り組みわかりにくく、観光にも不便だが、こちらはリンク外周部のすぐそばだから、観光に便利でかつ、閑静で安全性も高い。ホテルの部屋は広く、２つのスーツケースを広げておいても、じゃまにならないほど。部屋の乾燥もなく、自宅にいるように快適だった。浴室も広い。アットホームな温かいホテルで、家族や友人におすすめしたい。"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Boutique Hotel Am Stephansplatz. The staff were incredible — so friendly and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. They really went out of their way to make sure our time in Vienna was special, and we felt so well taken care of. "We were in Vienna to tour, and this hotel was perfect. Great showers, great beds and perfect location. Breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day. The only "negative" that I can think of is that they had a concierge available when we checked in Friday (IE someone who knew what was going on culturally in the city); but that person was only there on Friday. I didn't realize that, and thus missed my opportunity to avail myself of her services. I would definately stay there again. "

"The hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly. It’s very close to the main train station if you are traveling to other cities. It’s conveniently located to the U and it’s two stops from the main tourist area. We had a beautiful view of the city. The only downside is breakfast while delicious with a wide variety of food, it is expensive. Nice rooftop bar which unfortunately we didn’t go to due to bad weather. I highly recommend. "
