"This an older BW with an odd layout but it is surprisingly well run and comfortable. The room was clean and pretty spacious. Miriam at the front desk was friendly and very helpful in discussing dinner options. All in all a very nice stay for a good price. "

"Greeted upon arrival and given tour and history of property. Short time later provided cheese tray and choice of wine on screened in porch with the other guests, followed by fresh baked cookies. Very enjoyable. Short walk to the downtown area for all the dining and shopping areas, great location. Room was very clean and in good condition. Slept very well on the bed. We will stay here again on another Galena visit. "

We were attending a wedding reception at the Seven Hills Ballroom and thanks to the shuttle service, did not have to worry, either about finding a taxi or driving, shall we say, slightly impaired. "
