It should have a larger head that is adjustable for softer flow. The soap dispensers are behind the water fall and should be moved to the side wall so you don’t have to reach thru the water to get soap. "

"The room was visibly dirty. The gap between the door frame and the door was so large light came through, and there was a noticeable breeze. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience."

"No hot water in the shower or hand sink. Attempted to call front desk multiple times, but no one was available. Due to time constraints, I just chose to take an ice cold shower and it was awful. Told the front desk at check out and was met with confusion that this couldn't have been possible. A colleague also stayed there, had the same problem, and was also treated like this was something only they had experienced. I am in Wichita monthly and wouldn't stay here again simply for the lack of...

"Brand new, super clean, easy in and out. Nice quiet part of town on the far north east side."

"The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...
