"Very clean room with outside door entrance. Beds are comfortable and clean. Had a walkin shower instead of a tub. Small fridge in room. Will definitely stay here again."

The fire alarm went off one morning at 0600 hrs and when we went outside there was ice on the sidewalk causing a few people to slip and fall No one was outside to help people. Then the rest of the day the alarm kept going off"

A little bit run down in some areas, e.g., elevator, and some exits/entrances are not useable anymore, which makes getting in and out a bit tedious sometimes. Room was clean and promptly serviced. "The place was a great price. Wonderful staff. Not sure if it was the manager. But an Mediterranean/Arabic looking tall guy checked me in. He was amazing. The a young Russian girl in the morning. They both wet above and beyond. So refreshing because I've noticed a real downward spiral of Hotel's charging expensive prices and they are not up to par. this was a great stay. Busy as well. So they are doing something right."
