  • Inspired by Portsmouth's rich maritime heritage, The Sail Loft Portsmouth is a beautiful three bedroom top floor apartment located in an idyllic neighborhood just steps from downtown Portsmouth. Consider it your perfect New Hampshire haven.

    -The 3rd floor Sail Loft Portsmouth unit includes a sunlit spacious living room with a comfortable couch, sitting area, Smart TV, games and beautiful tree top view.
    -The kitchen includes everything you need to cook a meal. Enjoy your take out at the six seat dining table, play games, or chat about deciding which part of town you want to explore from this central location.
    -The master bedroom has a California King size bed, shelf storage, luggage rack, black out shades, AC unit and closet.
    -The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, AC unit, black out shades, closet, luggage rack and dedicated work area.
    -The third bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, luggage rack, fan and shelves.
    -The bathroom is well appointed with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton towels and a hair dryer.
    -The well-appointed kitchen has full size appliances, a coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, nutri-bullet, pots, pans, utensils, dishes and glasses. You'll have everything you need to prepare a full-meal or just microwave some popcorn.

    You will have access to the entire 3rd floor unit with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, dining table for six, private bathroom, living room and a dedicated work area. The 3rd floor Sail Loft Portsmouth apartment is on the top floor of our Victorian home and privately accessed by an external staircase (there are three flights of stairs).

Excellent location and beautiful apartment

This apartment was perfect for multiple couples. The proximity to the city was excellent but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Being on the third floor was a plus with the views of the surrounding areas.

The accommodations were top notch; amenities also. The unit was close enough to all the action in town but in a quiet residential neighborhood. The exterior stairs were too much for some of the party to navigate. The owners were responsive and helpful

Spacious and convenient. Read the listing

The rooms are spacious and clean and the house is well appointed. It is also convenient to downtown, maybe a 10 minute walk. Do read the listing though it is up 3 flights of stairs and there are quiet hours. Neither of these things affected us but may give pause to some. I would definitely rent this property again.

Great location for girls weekend

The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again!
