Very convoluted arrangement to locate our rooms and park. Room floors/carpets were wet among other things. They relocated us to a different room. that room was better. They locked us out of our room in the morning and check out was at 11. I called front desk and they answered with a thick lisp that I could not understand. but they wanted me to walk all the way around for a new key.. finally he came up to deliver our key.
