It is located in front of the reserve of the Cerbicales Islands, from the Toro Islands, to Sardinia with 180° sea view. The beaches of A Folaca, Palombaggia can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
You are 7 km south-east of Porto-Vecchio where there is everything you need, access by national road in 10 minutes, Spar supermarket and bakery 5 minutes away, there are three other large hypermarkets (Auchan, Intermarché and Leclerc), dozens of other various brands and for health, the Ospedale clinic is located in the city center of Porto Vecchio.

VERY IMPORTANT --> To be highlighted, as this is quite rare, you have a private access to walk down to the sea. Access by private road, which overlooks the golf course of Asciaghju on the beach of A Folaca (1st beach of Palombaggia), the sea is about 450/500m from the villa.
So no car to take, nor parking to pay to go to the beach.
Believe me, the fact that you can walk to the beach, don't have to worry about looking for and finding a parking space and not paying for parking is a real plus.
