The flat is in the Heart of the village Baleira In Porto Santo, close to all amenities, restaurants, supermarkets, museums and the Golden Sandy Beach.
Fully equipped kitchen. Fast Wi-Fi, work desk, Netflix, satellite Tv and Free paddle boarding upon request.

Porto Santo is the smallest inhabited island in the Madeira archipelago. It is located in the Atlantic Ocean, in the extreme southwest of Europe, just 500 km from the African coast, 1000 km from the European continent and an hour and a half flight from the city of Lisbon.

Discovered in 1418 by Portuguese navigators, this archipelago is formed by the islands of Madeira and Porto Santo and also by the uninhabited islands of Selvagens and Desertas.

The hospitality and friendliness of the population, the mild climate throughout the year, the spectacular unique landscapes, along with the richness and variety of natural, historical and cultural resources, are just some of the reasons to discover this paradise.

The island of Porto Santo is bathed by turquoise waters, its main feature being the beach of fine, golden sand which, stretching over 9 km, invites you to sunbathe and swim in the sea. Health and well-being go hand in hand on this magnificent beach, as, in addition to the translucent waters, the sand has rare therapeutic properties. It is very soft, light and not very abrasive, and is mainly composed of calcium carbonate, in the form of calcite, which gives it very particular thermal properties.

In addition to the beach, the city of Vila Baleira tells stories and legends from a more or less remote past, such as the Casa Museu where Christopher Columbus once lived.

The pristine beauty of the landscape enchants all those who decide to walk and/or cycle through the island's shortcuts and paths.
