Two Stories Cottage in SE Portland Oregon

Two Story guest house close in. Sunrise view. Is pet free. Full and half bath. Washer Dryer. High speed wifi and cable TV with DVR. East facing balcony. Dish washer. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet heat pumps/cooling. Shops and restaurants (world class) within walking distance. Large Deck for guest's use. Easy access to downtown via bus lines or car. Small full kitchen. Our American Standard fold out couch turns into a high quality queen bed with half bath. Queen and full bath in the single Master BDRM. Deck has a grill for summer months. Daytime guests are welcome.

The house is private and interaction is minimal unless assistance is needed. We are available for recommendations on places to visit, eat, kayak.

There are two TVs, one upstairs one downstairs and both have DVRs.

Beautiful, comfortable property

Overall, very pleased with accuracy of listing, comfort and amenities in property. Wi-Fi was great even with two teens, multiple TVs and devices going at once. 99% of the property was spotless, but the shower had a lot of mildew buildup and looked like the cleaning crew forgot to clean it. Given the state of the rest of the property, I think it was just an oversight, but I did end up cleaning it before we used it. Communication took a couple tries initially, but then was great.

Cozy Portland get a way

This cottage is cozy and clean . Lovely neighborhood, very quiet.Easy check in and out.Host is responsive in a timely manner to questions . Close to groceries and restaurants…(host was very helpful with suggestions) We are happy to have found this gem. - we will be back.

Peaceful oasis in SE

Great location for city life

Perfect for a visit with family in Gresham

The property was as represented - clean, fresh, newish and private. Its a separate 2 story building tucked behind a neighborhood house in a quiet area. We hope to stay again next time we're in Portland.

Nice place to stay in Portland.

This is a very nice, new and clean property. There is a patio for family style get together and a balcony off the second floor bedroom. I recommend this rental to anyone visiting Portland.

Cozy Cottage

I stayed here with my two kids 5 and 4 for 5 nights. The cottage is a new construction with modern appliances and tastefully furnished. Our needs were met by the cottage. Jay and his wife were nice and friendly host. We will definitely come here when we are in Portland.

Anniversary Trip in Portland - Hawthorne

The property was the perfect size for our week long stay in Portland. The kitchen had the basics that we needed, and the layout of the vrbo gave us space to work remotely for the first two days of our trip. The house was located walking distance from SE Division Street, where we frequented local restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the location of the vrbo because we were able to explore Downtown and other areas of the city, all within max 13 minute drive. Location and area were great. We really enjoyed our stay, and Sabin and Jay were very communicative and have curated a wonderful get away.
