This bright, clean and stylish home has everything you need to make your visit comfortable and welcoming. Relax in the living room after your travels with Firestick/Roku TV. Prepare meals and mix cocktails in the well-equipped, functional kitchen. Enjoy the pristine bathroom with tub/shower and elegant marble vanity. Two bedrooms and a living room sofa bed will sleep up to 6 guests. Washer/dryer. Large deck with patio and BBQ. Dog friendly backyard. Parking for up to four cars.

1) Queen bed/work desk with wireless cell phone charging station
2) Full bed/work desk and sliding door access to deck

Living room with fiber internet Wi-Fi, Roku TV/Amazon Fire Stick, dining room table with seating for 6 and sofa which pulls out into a full sized bed and can accommodate 2 guests

Kitchen with new appliances, ice maker in freezer, Keurig, French press, tea, cocktail set, wine opener, wine glasses, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, etc.

Bathroom with shower/tub, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and plenty of clean towels

Utility room with full laundry facilities and short-term guest storage

Deck (480 sq. ft.) with patio furniture, charcoal BBQ

Backyard which is enormous and fully fenced, ready for your furry friend! (Like having your own private dog park)

One Night Stop Over

The place was OK. The plumbing exploded in the shower on my last day and I had to turn off the main water supply, or the place would’ve been completely flooded out. I mentioned that to the manager no compensation was offered.

Comfortable bed, but home smelled like dirty dog

Unfortunately as soon as we walked into the house it had a strong odor of dirty dog in the living room / kitchen. We believe it was the living room / kitchen rug that were holding in the smell. There were large dog paw prints on the floor, and the home didn’t have a “clean feel”. My husband and I wanted to air out the house by opening windows / doors, but there were no fly screens or screen doors, and didn’t want to let bugs in the home. The shower was also dirty and had conditioner on the floor of the bathtub. We ended up going to the store to buy freebreeze and a candle to help with the odor, along with disinfecting spray to clean the shower. The location is close to everything and the master bed was comfortable. However the pillows under the pillow cases need washing and had stains. Would have gave 5 stars if it wasn’t for the smell which was a serious damper to our trip.

Great Tigard home

We needed a centrally located property and this fit the bill. The property is clean, quiet and beautiful. Had everything you would need to make a home away from home. Great grocery stores nearby. Would absolutely stay here again. For our family of 3 and dog comfortably. Damon is a great VRBO host.

Excellent and handy

The house was spotless. Directions were clear. Communication was speedy. Furnishings were comfy and clean. The kitchen is amazing! The locale is right next to a highway but the house was not noisy. Super easy to get to and close to LOTS to do! We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

A wonderful place to stay! Perfect for my family and I and pet friendly! This is a wonderful property, that is perfectly fit to host a family of 4 and pet! Would highly recommend!

Family and Friends Visit

Enjoyed this location near Tigard main street and close to my oldest child's residence. Plenty of room for the three of us to spread out and great amenities within the home. So much better than staying at a hotel!

Awesome stay outside Portland

Cozy little house with a convenient location. Very close to highways. We were able to quickly get to the coast and downtown Portland. A lot of great amenities provided to make it feel just like home.

Everything you could need

Very much enjoyed our stay in this immaculate house. The owner has gone above and beyond to provide everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and the fully fenced back yard.

Fully Stocked Home

I rented this home for 2 weeks so I could be with family for the birth of our 1st Grandchild. Well, on the drive up from AZ I started to get a sore throat and chest congestion. Obviously, I couldn't be around a new baby or anyone else that would be around that baby. I'm so glad I rented this house. I laid on the couch for a week recuperating. There were plenty of options on the tv. I had someone bring me groceries and the owners have stocked the kitchen so well I didn't need to leave for anything.

Dewey Loved It!

Extremely clean well supplied with a fantastic backyard for our pup Dewey. Sometimes a vrbo says the backyard is fully fenced but isn't. Our host Damon made sure there were no gaps in the fence, and we could let Dewey out without supervision. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, charcoal barbecue. Great tv with every channel imaginable. The house is a short 5 minute walk through a small park to downtown where there are numerous coffee shops, brew pubs, cool hamburger place (great for kids), and various shops. Kitchen is very well appointed. Would certainly stay again! Tom and Laurie

Super awesome.
