  • Bienvenido a Multnomah House, una casa de huéspedes clásica de Portland ubicada en el centro de la ciudad. Construido en 1904 y mantiene todo el encanto histórico pero con las comodidades de un hogar moderno. Perfecto para los visitantes que desean la comodidad y la proximidad a todo lo que Portland tiene para ofrecer con la singularidad de uno de los barrios históricos más antiguos de Portland.

    Construido sobre la antigua red de tranvías, podrá disfrutar de una increíble comida, lugares de interés, tiendas y vida nocturna a poca distancia.

    La cocina es grande y clásica con revestimiento de azulejos del metro y accesorios hermosos. Completamente abastecido con todos los artículos necesarios para preparar su comida de viaje. Las características modernas, como lavavajillas y microondas, también se proporcionan para las demandas de la vida real.

    Hay dos baños. En el piso principal, experimente la vida de la moderna casa de baños turcos. El inodoro, el lavabo y las duchas dobles grandes pueden hacerte cantar durante horas. Arriba hay un inodoro, un lavabo y una gran bañera / ducha con patas donde puede sumergirse y reflexionar sobre los días que tuvieron o venían las aventuras.

    El comedor formal, la sala de estar y la sala de televisión te harán sentir como en casa.

    Hay 4 habitaciones, con dos camas matrimoniales y dos camas queen, también hay un futón completo en una habitación y una en la sala de televisión.

    Los veranos se pueden disfrutar en el porche delantero de tamaño completo, disfrutando del jardín mediterráneo.

    Tenemos un acuerdo de horario de silencio a las 10 p.m. con mis vecinos y se aplica estrictamente. Vivimos en el apartamento debajo de la casa principal para mayor comodidad y cualquier pregunta que pueda tener.

Beautifully Maintained and Well Equipped

This beautifully maintained, historic home provided all we needed for a three-generation trip to Portland. The location is steps away from a Trimet Bus Stop and many restaurants and grocery stores.The host, Will, was extremely responsive and helpful.

Beautiful house in walkable neighborhood

Really beautiful large historic house. Very functional and walking distance to Portland activities. Comfortable furniture and lots of little details where a lot of thought was put in. We really enjoyed our stay! Hosts communicated well and made our stay great.

Fabulous house and location

Beautiful house - it was the perfect place to stay with family and friends! We also really enjoyed the neighbourhood of interesting houses and gardens, fun restaurants and pubs and cocktail bars within walking distance, and easy access to wider Portland attractions. The host was also really nice and available if we needed anything!

Amazing weekend in Portland!

The house was everything our group of 9 needed! It was spacious with lots of places to gather our group as well. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted and bus access to downtown for everything else. The city and transit were easy to navigate and Will was a fantastic host!

Relaxing and quiet

Lovely House

We really enjoyed staying in this home. We arrived late on our first night and had a little trouble finding parking due to our arrival time but had no problems checking in. Parking near the house was easier during the daytime hours. The house had everything we needed and the owner was very friendly and easy to work with.

Beautiful home for a holiday!

We stayed in Will's home for Thanksgiving this year and it was an excellent place to host. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you'd need (including a Kitchenaid mixer and extra large oven) and the location was close to several supermarkets, great coffee spots, and some bars and restaurants. Will was super helpful and welcoming and took extra care to ensure we'd have a pleasant stay. We were 7 adults and one child and everyone was very comfortable.

Beautiful home in Portland

A group of us from work stayed here to attend a conference at the Portland Convention Center. It was a lovely home and in walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of towels and blankets for our group. The host Will was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. I would love to bring my family to stay at this home in Portland next time.

Wonderful and well decorated home in a safe and quiet neighborhood

I stayed here with a group of 8 women for a weekend getaway. The bathrooms are fabulous - I love the wall paper and one of the showers is practically a room!! I don’t know how easily it could sleep 10 adults as that would entail some couch sleepers or sharing a Full size bed. Overall it was great!!

Hidden Oasis in Portland

My large family of 8 and I visited Portland this summer, and truly couldn’t have asked for a better home for our stay. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable, bathrooms large and with plenty of amenities, and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. The location was also very close to everything we needed in town, and was extremely quiet even while appearing to be on a main thoroughfare. There was even a neighborhood cat who came by a few mornings on the porch to say hello. I so appreciated Will’s communicativeness and willingness to let us check in early for our stay; he even told us to grab any veggies from the garden that were ready to eat! We all said one of our favorite things about this vacation was not only all the amazing things to do in Portland and beyond, but how beautiful the home was as well. If we return as a family, or even with smaller groups, we will be renting from Will and his family again.

Quaint and comfortable stay

This beautiful, well-appointed house was perfect for our gathering of "old" friends. It was spacious enough that along with a bedroom for each of us and two full baths, there was enough living space that one of us could close herself up in a common room to work remotely while the rest of us could still gather and visit normally.While we didn't cook there, it seemed as though it would have been easy enough to do with what the kitchen had to offer. It was also a little too chilly to spend much time in the outdoor spaces, but they looked to be very inviting.We all enjoyed the interesting decor, plants and landscaping that set off the authentic features of this older house. It was great to have puzzles available. The details about parking could have been a little more clear (such as specifically stating that it's street parking). We were able to find parking within 2-3 blocks every time it was needed.

The best host and everything we could ask for in a property. Easily a full recommend!

We had family of all ages coming to Portland for a family reunion during our 2022 Christmas vacation and got hit with ice rain and freezing temperatures on one end and dangerously high winds on the other. Our host, Will, was a great communicator before we arrived and during our stay. He thoughtfully set out extra bedding for our group and when the weather went haywire and some of our party got stuck indoors during the high winds at the end of the stay, he generously gave them extra time to leave when it was safe for travel again. The property itself had everything we needed. A great kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, a variety of spaces to socialize, fun & functional bathrooms, and we loved the decor (especially old maps of Portland). The location was perfect for us - centrally located and close enough to everything we needed. Thank you again, Will, for making a complicated family trip full of possible pitfalls one filled with happy memories and memorable experiences. 5 stars!

Great house in great location

We had a great stay here as a mini college reunion for a friend's wedding! The location was perfect with most things either walkable or only a short ride away. The house itself is a bit older but in great condition. The kitchen and downstairs bathroom were both fantastic - we all wanted to wait to use the downstairs bathroom to shower because it was so nice. Will is very nice and responsive and left clear instructions for us as well as helpful guides. The only critiques are small and wouldn't stop us from staying here again at all: 1) the sound travels through the house with some creaky doors and floorboards, 2) there was only 1 futon although the listing says 2 (we thought we would need both when we booked but someone canceled so it didn't matter so we never said anything), and 3) the TV is limited to very basic options (we just wanted to have some ESPN on while hanging around and couldn't). The front windows are very large and open and we had some concerns they could allow people to see in easily so we just made a point to try not to leave anything that looked valuable in the living room. We never got the sense that the neighborhood was dangerous or anything though. Overall, great stay at a great house!

Three days in Portland.

The property was as advertised. The home has been restored or maintained to it’s 1904 origins. The location allowed easy access to downtown as well as many other attractions. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Great family vacation

Having never been to the Portland area, I researched for weeks to find the right place for our family of 10 adults to stay. I can say I most certainly picked the right place for us. It was roomy enough for all of us, close enough for us all to walk to food/drinks etc. Close proximity to the mall was a plus. The front porch was a very popular gathering spot. Will was a fantastic host with suggestions and was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience Portland's neighborhoods either by foot or by car. Street parking was plentiful I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks Will!

Beautiful home, centrally located

We loved this historic and comfortable property, within easy walking distance of many interesting spots and destinations. Will, the host, was very helpful and responsive. Definitely a great choice for our larger family group - we especially appreciated the big, vintage feel kitchen (plus dishwasher, yay!). The living room had generous seating options, and the big front porch was a definite plus. Thank you, Will!
