Summary:

A private second-floor apartment near Portland's Hawthorne and Division corridors, with a queen bedroom, one bathroom and full kitchen for up to two guests. Use the in-unit washer and dryer during your stay. Access is by stairs, with no elevator. A living-room mini-split provides cooling; the bedroom has heating only and can receive less airflow with its door closed. Parking is on public streets, and pets are permitted.



The Space:

The apartment has a queen bedroom, living/dining area and one bathroom with tub/shower. Its full kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and cookware. A non-coin-operated washer and dryer are in the closet. The living-room mini-split supplies cooling and primary heat; bedroom Cadet heaters supply backup heat without cooling. A workspace, linens, towels and bathroom essentials are provided.



Guest Access:

Your group has the private apartment interior, with no shared interior spaces. Reach it via the building gate and stairs to the second floor; there is no elevator. The rooftop deck belongs to a separate four-bedroom apartment and is excluded. Adjacent private lots and the exterior router utility room are outside guest access.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is near the Hawthorne and Division corridors, with local cafés, restaurants, shops, bookstores and transit nearby.



Getting Around:

Use legal public street parking and follow posted signs. The private lots in front of and beside the building are unavailable to guests; spaces on the street are not reserved.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are permitted; check the booking terms for applicable fees. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Before check-in, luggage drop-off after 1 PM is drop-and-go only, without early occupancy; after checkout, luggage may remain only until noon. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property.
