Luxurious 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath home. Gourmet Kitchen; brand new upscale furnishings/artwork. This private, lake-front 2 story end unit with balcony views is in a convenient, central location.

You will enjoy the vibrancy of an urban environment; yet still be close to nature. The lake is surrounded by tree lined, brick paved walking paths leading to local eateries, shops and public parks all within walking distance.

Approximately 25 additional Restaurants; located within short driving distances! FYI - Fireplace is not operable.

This VRBO is in a great location. Having said that there is defenitely room to improve. The person renting the property (Priscilla) failed to advise us of construction occurring during our stay. We had contractors using a ladder to access the deck and the roof without our prior knowledge. Quite a surprise. We sent an email the night before our check out to request a check out at 11am vs the 10am.... we never heard back from Priscella until 10:25 the day of check out. By then it was too late.Communication was definitely below the standard for other VRBO destinations. Further it is was not noted in the description that there are 3 flights of stairs.There is a garage level, a main level, and an upper level. There was dust on the master bedroom drawers, mold in the master bath, communication was always delayed. I rate this as an average VRBO rental.

This is a really great home. The beds were super comfortable, the layout was nice and cozy, and the view was spectacular. The host accommodated all of our requests and her rules and instructions were easy to follow. Will certainly be staying there again the next time I am in the area.

This town home was perfect for our family. The location of the home was really great with restaurants and grocery stores near by. The neighborhood was great. Priscilla was a wonderful host who was very responsive with my questions.

Weekend Stay

Would stay again and would recommend. Host was clear about construction and it did not prove to be an issue for us. The late night leaf blowing in the parking lot until 11:30 pm was a small issue. House was clean but also had ant traps in kitchen and several lights that did not work well. Kitchen space was great for cooking and enjoying a meal together.

Great place

Nice location. Close to the freeway but quiet and many restaurants nearby if you choose not to drive your car. The man-made lake/pond out back is very entertaining with all the mini boats and we enjoyed walking around the area.

Perfect location

The location was perfect place to stay for our daughter's wedding weekend. The unit was nicely appointed, quiet and spacious. The deck was lovely with peaceful lake views. Walking distance to restaurants/bars. We would choose this property again.

Very nice condo

We came into Portland for a wedding in Happy Valley so wanted a place relatively close to there and the Airport. This place was perfect. The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. Tualitin has everything you may need including grocery stores and several restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is there was construction right next door, which is not anything the owner can control. Weekday morning was loud, but weekends were quiet.

Priscilla the host was great we ran into a little snafu in the beginning of our stay, but she got it taken care of very quickly. It’s a beautiful property and a good/convenient location. They could use a few more kitchen, accessories like pans. We did not do much cooking there, but it was a little understocked as far as the kitchen. We would recommend staying there!

Wonderful Property in Portland Suburbs

This was a fantastic family home that was nicely decorated and well kept near Portland. This property was very convenient and fit the needs of my family of four traveling for a weekend getaway. The host was timely with her responses and very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

VRBO very hard to find in W Portland area and this one was perfect for our family of 6. Big kitchen and eating area and well appointed bedrooms. The view from the deck was amazing and our only regret was terrible weather and not able to enjoy it. Lots of shopping and restaurants in close proximity. This is a safe and convenient location if you need more space than a hotel.

Modern and comfortable condo

The condo was in a great location - easy walk to restaurants, down town and walking trails. The lake is really an oversized pond, but it calm, relaxing and fun of ducks. We enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous Home

Thank you for sharing your townhouse with my family. Your place was clean, comfortable and felt like we were at home. We would love to come back and rent again. The process from start to finish was flawless. I felt bad though last night I was washing the dishes and I did break a wine glass. :( it was too late for me to go out and buy a new one. So sorry.

Fantastic!

We had an overwhelmingly fantastic experience in this location. The home was larger than anticipated, very clean, great rooms and beautiful location. We all had a wonderful bed and bathroom and the fact that we could use the garage was so helpful. Thank you host for giving us wonderful memories. I would highly recommend booking!

Thanksgiving getaway

This townhouse is so beautiful and clean. It’s walking distance to my sons house which is why we picked this place. You can walk to the grocery store and many restaurants too. We were helping with cooking a few meals to take to my sons house for Thanksgiving. The kitchen has limited items so we had to go to the store and purchase a few things. No problem though. It was only a 4 min walk. All and all, this place is great and I would definitely stay here again. Priscilla is very quick with responding to messages too.

Perfection

The pictures and description do not do this place justice. It was beyond amazing and exceeded every expectation that we could’ve had for our stay while in Oregon. The location was prime, everything we could’ve needed was within a couple of minutes, walk or drive and it was a beautiful area with an amazing view. Our family had more than enough room and loved spending time there as much as we enjoyed going out to do different activities, there wasn’t anything that we didn’t enjoy about this. Perfect home away from home. They were wonderful in responding immediately, and were so accommodating when I did reach out and needed assistance. We’ve stayed at a few vacation homes over the years and I can honestly say this was our very best experience, hands-down. We look forward to coming back in staying again, I would recommend to anyone that is going to be in this area, don’t miss out on this gem of a place. It truly was perfection.
