This was honestly one of the stingiest and most poorly managed hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Not even a single bottle of water was provided in the room or other type of drinking water. When I entered, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor — something like sweaty feet — which made it very uncomfortable. No complimentary slippers.
When I checked in, they said there would be a $50 incidental hold. But later I found out my card was actually charged $71. Upon checkout, I specifically asked for a breakdown — it showed a parking fee and a bottle of water that I never drank. This clearly shows poor attention to detail from the staff. I also requested an itemized receipt for the incidental charge, but they never provided it. It’s night now, the held amount had not been released. The whole process was frustratingly inefficient.
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.
