500 Square Foot spacious studio on top of our garage. Private entrance. 1 staircase up. Like an urban tree house. Lots of light and a skylight. Queen bed for 2 and a foldout sofa for 2 more. Full kitchen with new appliances. Coffee and tea are provided. Full bathroom. High speed internet. Roku TV with Netflix and Amazon. Beautifully decorated. Heat and AC. Private parking outside the garage is available. We are long time Portlanders and would be pleased for you to come and visit. We would like to make your experience enjoyable and comfortable. We are available to answer your questions before and after your visit.

This place is in the heart of Hawthorne. Walkable to cafes, cool thrift shops, Powell’s Books and a really nice hat shop. The bed was comfy, the kitchen has everything and the view was great. It’s steps away from the bus stop.I’ll be back.

Great spot near a bunch of restaurants! Air conditioning worked great. And the unit is above a garage so there is no noise ever coming in. The only thing I would suggest is bringing a sleep mask since there is a lot of natural light coming in and no curtains to block it. Would recommend and come back.

This was the perfect place for our visit to Portland. It had all the amenities we needed and several thoughtful additions. The location was great. Located in a safe neighborhood, we found ourselves close to downtown and right next-door to quality restaurants and coffee shops.

Such a lovely little gem near the center of town. The perfect fit for myself and two kids while on vacation. I appreciated the off street parking, and because we needed to do a lot of cooking, it had mostly what we needed to cook, and they offered to let us borrow anything from the main house that we might need. The hosts were very gracious and friendly. My only comment would be that there was a bit of a sugar ant issue that wasn't disclosed, so just make sure to keep all your food closed up. Would highly recommend and stay again in the future!

Great Sunny Cheery Apartment

Stayed at the apartment three nights in May. We loved the location, very close to great restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The apartment looks brand new and thoughtfully furnished. Nice and sunny and nestled among trees.
