On Thursday evenings, you might notice us setting out the garbage, ensuring a clean and organized space. Additionally, we may perform routine checks on the hot tub's water quality. Please be advised that the inclusion of the hot tub is our gift to you, an added luxury without any extra charge. While we prioritize prompt attention to any spa-related concerns, we regretfully cannot guarantee its continuous operation. Please understand that no refunds are provided for spa-related issues.
Check-In and Check-Out:
As your gracious hosts, we extend our warmest invitation for your stay in our singular unit. To facilitate an immaculate transition between guests, we adhere to a policy of no early check-ins or late check-outs. This rule ensures our meticulous house cleaner can dedicate ample time to prepare the space for your arrival. For those arriving ahead of schedule, we recommend considering booking the previous night to accommodate your travel plans seamlessly.

We provide one-time-use Shampoo & Conditioner, Body Soap, Body Lotion in each Bathroom. We also provide Laundry Detergent, Kitchen Soaps, and an array of Spices for the kitchen. We provide complimentary K-Cup Coffees, Teas and Creamers. Our Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a large meal or any baking you plan on doing. We have Baking Pans, Bowls, measuring cups and spoons, Serving dishes, Insta-pot, Crockpot, Ninja Blender, and Utensils for the Electric BBQ. Everything you need for your stay in the Portland / Beaverton area.

Please note that the items supplied in the house upon your arrival are intended as a starter pack. We encourage you to enjoy the local stores and markets to replenish any specific items you may need throughout your stay. Our local area offers a variety of options for your convenience. There is a QFC walking distance on Barnes St and a Safeway about 3 miles drive.
PLEASE NOTE: This property is for Lodging Only for the people you book this home for. Security cameras are set up on the outside the property for everyones safety. Parties, Events or Gatherings are Not Allowed. This includes day-use of the amenities (ie: the the hot tub, outdoor dining area, etc..) by local friends. Please make sure you have travel insurance in case your plans change and you need to cancel last minute.
