It is located just 50 m from the beach and has a swimming pool.Apartment consisting of: bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchenette with a large living room with 1 sofa and 1 sofa bed, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room, bathroom and balcony with outdoor furniture.It has TV and WI-FI (MEO Fibra).NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.- Note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax:Between the dates of November 1 and March 31 — from EUR 1 per person per night, not included in the total amount and must be paid on site.
