"The staff were accommodating and fantastic. We love the view of the farmer's fields next door and they allowed us to switch rooms to face that. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. We were glad they had a pool to use as well. My only complaint is that the pool water was pretty yucky looking. It looks like it's time for a refresh of the water. Other than that, everything was FANTASTIC and we'll definitely stay there again."

"We have three little kids and had a bunch of stuff to bring in. The elevator was broken, and we got put on the second floor. The guy at the front desk offered to help, which was nice. Some other things: the outside of the hotel is nice, but the inside is not well-maintained. They were doing renovations that weren't mentioned in the listing. The hot tub was also broken, so they turned the temperature of the pool up to 90 degrees. We weren't planning to use the pool, but with three little kids...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We spent our days at Yellowstone and came back to shower and sleep. You have to take into account that it's about an hour drive from the park, but it's an affordable option and a great value."
