Esta casa cuenta con hermosos amaneceres y una bonita playa. La casa cuenta con una hoguera al aire libre, barbacoa de carbón, y la vegetación nativa. Explora 500 'de playa privada! Esta casa de estudio de invitados con capacidad para hasta 6.

Vivir y Área de dormir

Las áreas de estar y dormitorio se combinan para ocupar un lado del estudio. Relájese en el sofá de cuero, disfrutar de canales por satélite, o reposo absoluto en una cama king-size. Una cama nido y literas camas también están presentes para invitados. Bono: todo este lado de la casa se puede dividir fuera de la cocina y el comedor por el cierre de las puertas de bolsillo convenientes.

Cozy Getaway with Stunning Views

Perfect Unplugged Weekend

This place is perfect for an off the grid weekend . It’s super clean, peaceful and close to the water. I also love that is very pet friendly. I think our dog loved it more than we did. Somethings to consider about when renting: The pictures make it seem like it is the only place on the property. The owners do live on property, and the “cottage” is a loft over an adjacent garage. They didn’t interact with us so it did feel like we were alone. If you are an XL person, the bathroom is not meant for you. It’s not really meant for people over 5’6. Water pressure though is AMAZING. There is no wifi so it’s ideal for catching up on reading or playing board games. You could do a destination DnD campaign. They do have spotty cell service and an old TV with a few DVDs. Overall would stay again.

Thanksgiving Oysters

Loved our stay! We do want to come back some time because our time was cut short but absolutely loved the property, the silence, the water, and the adorable and homey cabin. Got to eat oysters, see bald eagles, and even saw a black bear driving to the property one evening!

Quiet nice stay

Secluded and quiet which we expected. Nice view of the water. A few things. We didn't realize that there would be no beach for walking or sitting most of the day due to tide. Once we realized that we had to go in the morning for a walk to enjoy the beach it was nice. I wouldn't call it beachfront. The pit for a pit fire worked well. We found lots of kindling and had brought wood. The house was nice. A deck or outside patio would have made it ideal. Kitchen we are is missing a few things. Many pot tops, noe of which fit any of the pans that were there. No pots to cook pasta, or sauces pans.Only fry pans. Air fryer was filthy. Please clean or throw out. I didn't feel like washing it. The owner was great and gave us some fresh garlic and her garlic press to use. Local fresh eggs to buy up the road.Community center is lovely but we never saw anyone there. Nice enough but with all of the fees, a little expensive for its location and amenities. Shower and bed were great. No dishwasher.

My husband and I chose this property looking for waterfront and a dog friendly place to stay. This cabin is separated from the main house and has its own bbq and fire pit, with other seating areas and fire pits around the large property. It’s private! Our large dog was ecstatic about being off leash; she could run up and down to the shoreline and drink from a natural freshwater creek leading to the Puget Sound. We had a family over and had a quiet bbq, enjoyed the shells all over the shore and woke to the seals barking from our window. I hope our travels lead us back to Hazel point soon! Great hosting, generous and kind. Laid back.

Minimalist with few creature comforts

Expectations always color our experience. Having stayed in, and managed, many VRBO units I have come to expect a certain level of amenities and cleanliness. In fairness, if you are looking for a very remote location many miles away from even a grocery store, and are interested in crawfish netting, then this place might work for you. We are seniors and it definitely was not for us. We rented the unit for 17 nights and stayed only one night. Temperatures dropped into the low teens and it snowed that night. The space heater in the unit was barely adequate and we frankly feared for our safety. In my opinion, the description of the property is misleading and doesn't reflect the tired furnishings, kitchen cabinets soiled by many years of being handled, and dishes with food stains with no dishwasher to get them any cleaner. In fairness, the property manager did give us the opportunity to cancel and get a full refund up to 3 or 4 days prior to our check in. We had our pet with us and alternatives were few so we stuck with the reservation. I did inquire about a refund--at least a partial refund-- and was stonewalled by the management company. Yes they were not obligated to a refund, but sometimes doing what's fair and right is the better option regardless of what we had agreed to without really knowing what we were getting into.

Nice, remote and quiet

Happy to find this place that accepts dogs. Floor is all wood so no worry about carpet getting dirty but we did wipe our dog's paws each time we came in. A lovely walk up the lane with lots of birds, some deer and we could hear seals barking from afar. Beds were very comfy!

Quiet With Beautiful Views

This place was very quiet and had beautiful views! We enjoyed the beach! The walk down to it was a little steep but there are some steps and a railing for some of it. The place was clean.

A lovely weekend

The property owner was kind and welcoming. There were toys and little surprises for the kids, which delighted them! We enjoyed digging clams and exploring the water’s edge. Be prepared though for a *very* steep trail along a narrow cliffside to get down to the beach. I found it nerve-wracking to navigate with the youngest children and older folks in our group, and our family does a lot of hiking and outdoor adventuring so that word of caution is not an exaggeration. The cottage was well appointed. Really appreciated the comfy beds and the laundry.

Great vacation

I very much recommend the little apartment right above the beach. We had a very fun vacation and the owner was very nice and helpful. Very quiet and we had a beach to ourselves and watch porpoises, seals and bald eagles.(check the tides - the beach is not there at high tide).

Peaceful cozy getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy little cottage. We didn’t come for the clams but we wished our stay was longer. The private beach was really great when tide was low. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming of our dog and us. Beautiful property to roam with your dog, relax and have a bonfire in the evening. The host gave us breadcrumbs to make our clams more delicious! Just made us feel at home. There’s a neat mart in Quilcene that will have most of what you need. Will be back soon!

Not what we expected but nice. We were kinda disappointed that we couldn’t access the beach because of a mud slide. The owner was very kind and accommodating for what we needed. We will surely stay again.
