Welcome to The Sea Pony at Mexico Beach located a short 1 block walk to the beautiful white quartz sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Cone discover Mexico Beach, Florida – a hidden gem on Florida’s Northwest Coast, just 25 miles southeast of Panama City, Florida. We are a 3 story townhome with garage on bottom floor. Sleeps 8 (6 adults max).We offer 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths - 2 King bedrooms - each with en-suites. 1 King master has dual remote sleep by number bed. The 2nd King bedroom has a purple mattress (cooling sleep).One of these suites opens to a 3rd floor covered balcony with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, there is a twin bunk area for the littles. A 3rd bedroom with queen bed and separate full bathroom is on the main living space offering an open living room, gourmet kitchen with gas stove, dining space and a 2nd floor covered balcony to relax in the morning or evening with your beverage of choice. Well stocked full kitchen with staple spices, oils and more.Full size Washer and Dryer available for your use during your stay. Two dedicated work spaces each with desk, keyboard, mouse, monitor, chair and high speed internet for remote work. Beach cart, chairs, umbrella, wake boards, sand toys, beach towels and more are available for your use during your stay. We provide a gas grill for your use. Though we monitor and fill, we cannot guarantee the gas level. If needed, an Ace Hardware store conveniently 2 blocks down does tank fills. We are a nonsmoking and no pet home. Beautiful home, well-equipped, and an easy, short walk to the beach. Ample space to spread out and relax. One of the best VRBOs we've stayed in. Our kids (and us!) didn't want to leave.

Steps from the Ocean – Loved It!!

⸻We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Pony! The location was unbeatable — just a short walk to the ocean, which made morning strolls and sunset views incredibly special. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. You can really feel the care the host puts into making guests feel welcome. Our family would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape.

Save yourself from over packing. This property had everything to fit my families needs including items for the beach (towels, toys, chairs, wagon, boogey boards , kayaks, coolers...you name it they had it), a full kitchen, plenty of space, and very convenient to beach and the local shops. The communication was great and I will definitely use this property again when visiting Mexico beach.

Exceeded expectations

We took a 5 day trip with my teen, grown children and friends. The Sea Pony was located directly across street from beach entrance. No need to pack beach essentials because everything was available. Boys were able to fish and kayak while girls enjoyed time on beach. House was exceptionally clean. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Very clean! Garage to park car. Great balcony for morning coffee. Ice cream shop within walking distance. Host answered messages quickly. Most definitely will stay here again.

The Sea Pony was every thing we thiught it wiuld be. Lively kitchen to prepare meals. Well stocked with everything you could need on a trip to the beach. Our hosts were always quick to respond and very helpful. Just simply the best experience!

Great Place!

The Sea Pony has everything you need from sharp kitchen knives to beach buggy and chairs. The owners have thought of everything. You really can just show up and enjoy the beach without having to pack your entire house to bring with you. The walk to the beautiful beach and the cute shops is short and easy with sidewalks for safety. I would highly recommend The Sea Pony. You won’t be disappointed!

Mexico Beach hidden gem

Beautiful 3bdrm condo just across the street from the beach. Easy access to amazing white sand beaches you only dream of. This condo has everything you can imagine and is decorated so wonderfully. We had an amazing time and Robbi gave us lots of tips and info on the condo and the surrounding area. You will not be disappointed in this amazing property!

Perfect home away on the beach

Our recent stay at The Sea Pony in Mexico Beach far exceeded our wildest expectations! Having rented numerous properties over the years, we can confidently say that this one takes the cake. The meticulous care invested in this property shines through in every detail. From the fully stocked kitchen boasting every utensil and spice imaginable to the luxurious beds and linens, every aspect exceeded our expectations. We relished in leisurely walks across the street to the secluded stretch of beach, indulging in the pristine white sands and azure waters. The rental even provided everything necessary for a perfect beach day! Despite the tranquility of Mexico Beach, the convenience of a short drive to Port St Joe for diverse dining and shopping options was unbeatable. Even on rainy days, the nearby excursion to Apalachicola proved to be a delightful adventure. And who could forget the morning spent beachcombing on Cape San Blas? Without a doubt, we will eagerly return to The Sea Pony for another unforgettable stay!

Wonderful stay!

This house was amazing! It was well furnished! The owners had thought of everything that you might need during the stay! Everything was top notch! The owners were super helpful! They even sent us messages to check on our stay and with things going on in town they thought we might enjoy! You won’t regret booking this house!
