• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Occupancy
• Maximum of 8 guests allowed.
• Registered guests only — no unregistered visitors or parties.
• Children & Families
• Children are welcome! Please supervise at all times, especially when using the golf cart and pool table.
• Fenced yard is provided for safety, but parents/guardians are responsible for their children.
• Golf Cart Use
• Licensed drivers 18+ only.
• Must follow local laws and neighborhood guidelines.
• Park in designated areas only.
• Smoking / Vaping
• Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors.
• Smoking is permitted outdoors only; please use provided receptacles.
• Noise & Respect
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Be respectful of neighbors and community guidelines.
• Cleaning, Damage & Security Deposit
• A $350 cleaning fee is included in your booking.
• Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
• A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on the guest’s card at check-in. The hold will be released once the property has been cleaned and inspected, provided no damages are found.
• Please report any issues immediately so we can resolve them quickly.
• General
• No illegal activity or substances allowed on the property.
• Please leave the home in a tidy condition at checkout.
