The adjacent dining table comfortably seats 6, and the cozy living room features a sofa, loveseat, and chair/ottoman set, plus a 47” flat screen TV. Step outside to the screened porch, complete with a 6-seat dining table, perfect for dining al fresco.

Also on the first floor, you’ll find a spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer (plus detergent!). The queen bedroom includes a 32” TV and opens to the open deck, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening sunset. A full bathroom with double sinks and a tub completes this level.

The second floor hosts the master suite and an additional bedroom. The master includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with double sinks and a shower/tub combo. The second floor's open deck offers expansive views of St. Joseph State Park and Barrier Dunes, along with extra seating for stargazing or sunbathing.

The third bedroom features two twin beds, a 32” TV, and deck access for soaking in the pristine natural beauty. A third full bath with a shower/tub combo is located on this level for added convenience.
