​Welcome to Northern Palms, an exquisite luxury getaway like no other! You can be the first to stay in this BRAND NEW, Gulf-Front home just steps from the beautiful white sand beach of Cape San Blas. This well-appointed 5-bedroom, 5 bathroom, 2 1/2 bathroom vacation home offers sleeping accommodations for 12-16.

You will be met with pure bliss as soon as you step into this beautiful Four-story waterfront retreat. Northern Palms offers 4 king suites, and a Bunk room that has two full/full built-in bunks, five full bathrooms, and 2 ½ half bathrooms, Northern Palms has space for all!

The kitchen sports ALL GE Café appliances Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven, Microwave, two dishwashers and a nugget ice maker great for any beverage. Around the corner from the kitchen will be the Butler’s pantry with an additional wine cooler/fridge for overflow and tons of cabinet storage. This property is fully equipped with anything you may need to prepare a perfect meal.

Northern Palms features a relaxing escape with an elevated pool accommodated with breathing taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Don’t let the chilly seasons keep you away, this pool can also be heated for an additional fee!

Thinking about where the best Sunset spot is? You found it… the top floor offers a Gulf-front Lounge with access to a large deck with unbelievable views. The Lounge is fully equipped with Drink-wear, bar mixing utensils, nugget ice maker a wine cooler/fridge and a prep sink. This area also features a 65” Smart TV.

The top tier amenities don’t stop there. Here at Northern Palms, guests will be provided with beach chairs, an outdoor shower, a fish cleaning station, AND a grilling area (we do provide a propane tank but do not provide propane) In addition, VIP prioritizes enhancing all of our guests’ experiences when staying on Cape San Blas.

Fantastic Family vacation house!

This house was better than advertised!! Very beautifully decorated and a smart design. Lots of “hang-out” space. Great kitchen and den area with huge dining table. Wonderful outside furniture on all decks as well. The kids adored the swimming pool, especially since heated. The beach closet with chairs, floats, and beach toys was amazing! It was so much fun building a small campfire every night on the beach. We had a few needs and technical issues at the house but Taylor and Tyler sprung into action as soon as they heard of our needs. They were so easy to work with and we hope we can bring our family of 10 back again sooner rather than later!

Prefect home for family vacation.

The house was truly stunning and very well equipped in a great location, we had 3 couples and kids staying in the house and it never felt crowded, we arrived and it was spotless with the prefect set up, pool on the main level and being on the beach it work get for us and the kids, we was sad to cut the trip short due to he hurricane but plan to be back, the host worked with us and gave us a partial refund that was more then fair

Lovely area!

This house is beautiful. Being right on this gorgeous beach was ideal. We had plenty of room for our family of 9. Had some issues with the WiFi. Got it sorted but working remotely was a challenge. The icemakers have been removed so we had to do an ice run every day. They gave us some free bags at The Trading Post so that was nice. We paid for half of them. The remotes for the ceiling fans in the bedrooms weren’t syncing with the fans but thankfully the AC units work great. There are plenty of beach chairs and games and the pool was awesome! Tylor and Tayler were helpful and quick to respond. We loved the low key vibe of the Cape. First time to this area. Will definitely be back !

Perfect!

This house is perfect...right on the beach, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you need for vacation. Everything was clean and organized. The kitchen has everything and there is a separate pantry for additional storage. Each family had a floor to themselves which was wonderful and the kitchen, dining, and living room was plenty big for all of us to enjoy. The decks on each level overlooking the beach were an added bonus and all the deck furniture was very nice. Enjoying the deck around the pool looking out over the beach with the ocean breeze was amazing...can't get better than that! The sunsets from the beach here are beautiful. There were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, and pool toys which was really nice. Our favorite restaurant was Cone Heads. We got groceries from the Piggly Wiggly in Port St. Joe and made trips to the Tradin Post for breakfast sandwiches and additional groceries. This was our first trip to Cape San Blas and it is now our favorite location, very laid back with beautiful white sand and just enough waves for the kids. Our host, Tylor was great, as well as Taylor. A transformer blew the first afternoon that we arrived and knocked out our power. Tylor was quick to get in touch with the electric company and Taylor confirmed an estimated time that the power would be restored. We relayed the info to our neighbors who had not heard back from their host. Thanks VIP!

Great week

Great location, great house, great everything! We loved having the pool right outside the kitchen so we could see the kids swim. We were steps away from the beach which was awesome. House was super clean and they had everything he we needed for our big family. Will be back!

Wonderful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Northern Palms!! The house was clean and plenty spacious for our group of 16. The heated pool saved the trip, since the weather was cooler than anticipated. Tylor was quick to reply to any issues or questions we had. Definitely would stay here again!!

Absolutely Fabulous!

gorgeous house in an amazing location. We have been visiting Cape San Blas for over 25 years and this property is by far the best property we have ever stayed in. Every detail is so well thought out and all the little extras made us feel so welcome. We had loads of space for everyone. The kitchen had more than everything we needed to prepare meals for 12. Tyler was very communicative and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to come back to this property. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous New Home

Absolutely stunning home that was set up perfectly for both beach activities and pool activities with the pool right off of the dining room. The multiple hoses set up on the way in and outdoor shower area kept majority of the sand out of the house. Excellent parking area with ample space for the 12 bikes that we brought. Safety feature of alarm near pool doors was nice, but annoying due to forgetting to hit the button to turn them off. Tyler was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing location, property & beach was beautiful

Home is stunning with amazing decor. Location of property to beach was perfect. Steps right off back deck to sand & water. Private pool was wonderful to have. Our whole family said it was the most relaxing vacation we have had in years. With children from 18 months -9 years old, the convenience of beach/ocean to the home with so nice. No dragging a lot of things you need a long way to get set up. Home/property also had everything you would need for your beach stay. Beach chair, umbrellas, boogie boards, floats & many games to play on the beach. We definitely hope we are able to come back to same property next year! We loved it so much!!

Beautiful house and beach!

Absolutely amazing home with many thoughtful details and conveniences! The decor is fresh and comfortable. Great pool for soaking and reading while enjoying amazing beach and dune views. The beach itself has beautiful sand is great to sit and enjoy the water. The house has everything you’ll need for a great week at the beach including an absolutely fully stocked kitchen and an assortment of beach chairs, an umbrella, and even boogie boards and sand toys for the kids! Tylor the property manager was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the booking process and our stay. All questions and issues were promptly addressed. We could not have enjoyed our stay more and will definitely have this property as a keeper. Highly recommend this home and this rental company!
