Enjoy a peaceful beach getaway in a beautiful new house just a few minutes walking distance to the beach! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large kitchen and living area perfect for gathering together. A fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, beach supplies provided, plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Games, books, television in abundance to round out that special time spent together. Cozy firepit to gather around for the evenings while you grill up some dinner.

The space
Just a short .3 walk to the Mexico Beach access with a beach cart and beach essentials provided make this an easy getaway to enjoy the emerald coast beaches. There is plenty of parking at the beach access you will walk to for those who want to drive the 2 minute or take a golf cart as well. Plenty of space to spread out and relax with a large sectional sofa, large well stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms with plenty of closet and dresser space as well as a smart television in each room. Enjoy the brand new backyard with a firepit and plenty of comfortable seating. A hose is located in the backyard with the beach supplies for cleaning off your feet from the beach and any other needs you may have for sandy toys etc.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and backyard with the exception of one of the 2 closets in the primary bedroom. A smart lock code will be provided the day of check in for access. Parking is accessible in the driveway and along the road directly in front of the home for any additional vehicles.

Other things to note
A large starter bathroom and cooking/coffee basics are supplied. There is a grocery store in Port. St. Joe 15 minutes away, as well as a Dollar General 5 minutes away for any extras and groceries you may need. It is highly advisable to being sunscreen and bug spray with you.
