We had such a wonderful stay! Jodi was incredibly responsive and made the whole process so easy for us. The house was spotless, had a fully stocked kitchen, and came with all the beach gear we needed for a fantastic, relaxing beach trip. The beach was just a quick 5-minute walk (possibly even less) from the townhome, and one of the pools was super close by.

We returned for our third year to the Cape and our second time staying in this unit. It's perfect - the location, the amenities, you name it! The beds are so comfortable, there's all you could need in the kitchen, the unit is clean, it's right near the second pool which is rarely busy, and the list goes on! We would absolutely stay here again on future trips!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

My husband and I stayed for a week for our anniversary. We loved the place and enjoyed the easy walk to the beach. Everything was as described in the listing and Jodi was great to work with. I would love to stay again if the chance arises!

Perfect Location

The condo was super clean, very modern, had all of the immunities. The beds were super comfy. The location on the property was perfect for us. Jodi was so awesome. She was very responsive and helpful. Already looking to book for next year!!

Without a doubt, this was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much thought and care had gone into every detail of this home.The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly welcoming. Everything was exactly as described, but even better in person. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation, and all of the little thoughtful touches made such a difference. You can tell the owners have carefully considered what guests might need and have gone above and beyond to provide it.As a family traveling with young children, we especially appreciated how comfortable, organized, and easy the home was to enjoy. Whether it was beach gear, kitchen essentials, or simply having plenty of everyday supplies on hand, nothing felt overlooked. It allowed us to relax and focus on making memories instead of worrying about logistics.The location was wonderful, the home was charming, and our entire family had an amazing time. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway.

Perfect Escape

Our trip was absolutely seamless thanks to the host, Jodi! She was excellent in communicating from the time we booked her unit. The location was fantastic, right next to one of the pools, as well as a short walk to the beach. The home was stocked with everything you could need. It was super clean, you could even smell the freshly washed sheets/linens. There was an ample supply of towels for the family. We love Barrier Dunes and will absolutely come back to this unit! Thank you, Jodi, for sharing your home with us.

All the conveniences

We loved staying at #582672! We loved having the master bedroom on a separate floor from our teenager (and she loved having her own space too), and it was perfect having the laundry room right there with us, next to our bathroom. It made for easy transitioning the day's beachwear to the washing machine when we took our showers. It would have been nice to have more than a roll of toilet paper and one dishwasher pellet to start with, since it poured down rain our first night and we couldn't get to the grocery right away. Other than that, we had every accommodation we needed (including beach chairs, umbrellas and even reading materials for the beach (since I'd forgotten to bring my book)! Jody was responsive and as nice as she could be. We would definitely return to this spot! Thank you!

Cape San Blas Stay

Very nice condo, comfortable beds, easy walk to pools, beach and tennis court areas! Access for use of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach items if needed! Very relaxing!

Fantastic Stay on Cape San Blas!

Fantastic experience at Jodi’s condo! The unit is clean, beautifully decorated and a short walk to the beach. Jodi was a great host and extremely responsive throughout the process. From the beach to the two pools, everything in this gated community was first class. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful property

Really enjoyed this property. It was very well maintained and stocked. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The pools were great and really close to the property. Would definitely stay again.

Great property

This property was amazing. Jodi is a super host who promptly answered any questions or concerns we had. Loved the decor of the property very tastefully decorated. It was a good location to the heated pool and also a nice short walk to beach. Had never stayed at Barrier Dunes and will definitely do so again. It was a great two month get away from Cold and Snow in Minnesota. Thanks Jodi

Relaxing and Comfortable

The condo was nicely furnished, kitchen was well supplied and location in community was quiet and accessible to the beach. Cape San Blas is a perfect spot to completely get away and relax- beautiful, quiet beach and location. Vacationers were young families, families with teenagers, a few couples and empty nesters like us, The common variable is people wanting to enjoy the beach and solitude.
