The Great White 1 is located on the first level of the building and accommodates a party of up to eight comfortably with its open floor plan design.

Beautiful

The unit is lovely and you can’t beat the location. Beach is beautiful! The only negative was that you can hear every footstep from the unit on the floor above. They had five children and were constantly running. It was very annoying and made it tough to enjoy the evenings. Other than that, the property is wonderful.

Amazing property

Overall, the unit was spectacular. We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and set up with everything we needed. Too much, in fact. You are given a list of things you should bring such as paper towels and trash bags, but the place came with all of those things already so we had to haul it all back when we went home. Only other issue (and it was minor) was when they sent us a text to check in, we were unable to do so and had to go down to the property office in Mexico Beach to find out what the issue was. turns out because the property is CST and the main office is EST, the computer said we were 1 hour too early to check in. Although it was a minor inconvenience, it still was an inconvenience. The other minor issue (and had nothing to do with the property) is that we were in the bottom unit and the family upstairs had elephant feet :) Over all, I would HIGHLY recommend the property to all.

Fall Break perfect weather trip

Amazing place. Cleaning person could do better, but I’m sure they will look into it and get it corrected. Other than that, wonderful place and almost seemed like a private beach. Perfect for a fall trip.
