Welcome to paradise at Paradise Paws in Cape San Blas, Florida! Featuring a brand new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a 5 minute walk to the beach along a new boardwalk, you will feel like you are at your own beach house, complete with all the decor and amenities. As part of the Pioneer Ridge Vacations family, we ensure you have all the comforts of home while away: pet-friendly, fresh linens and towels, TVs in every room (Roku, Google Cast, Apple AirPlay compatible), high-speed wireless Internet, board games, books, beach equipment, and more. Kids love Paradise Paws with their own Kids Nook off the living room. Enjoy the sunrises from the bay across the street and the sunsets from the ocean.

Paradise Paws is located in Villa Del Sol, a new, under-construction, gated community that now features a community swimming pool and pickle ball courts. Pickle ball equipment is also provided!

Looking for something to do or eat? Paradise Paws is an easy walk to great places. Scallop Republic is home to the largest draft beer selection on the Cape and live music nearly every night of the week. Smokehouse BBQ is the newest restaurant featuring the best BBQ on the Florida panhandle. Up the road, you'll find Weber's Donuts (get there early!), St. Joe's Shrimp Company (best shrimp around), Peachy's Beach Eats (delicious tacos), Cape Coffee and Ice Cream, Scully's Low Country Boil, Long Bill's (check out the fresh catch and pizzas), and Cone Heads (try the po' boys). Two groceries stores, Cape Trading Post and Scallop Cove General Store, offer a variety of essentials for cooking and grilling. T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is at the end of the Cape, offering hiking trails and bird watching. Up at Indian Pass, the Indian Pass Raw Bar has some of the freshest seafood in the area.

Summer we will never forget

This was our first time staying in Cape San Blas and it was so fun. The sunsets are breathtaking. The atmosphere is wonderful and the host is amazing and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay. It had a lot of good space for two families of 4. The house is in major need of new linens, matresses, and pillows as well as fresh paint inside, deep clean of garage, baseboards, appliances, and fixtures.

Family Vacay 2025

Beautiful home, decorated nicely! Loved the open space of the kitchen and living area. My 9 year old grandson claimed the kids nook and had a great time in there. The home is in a nice neighborhood. Pickleball court and pool close by. There is a little bit of a walk to the beach. Not too bad for the younger folks in our family. We would definitely stay here again. Had a wonderful time!

A very easy and enjoyable stay!

Paradise Paws was perfect for our party of 2 couples traveling with dogs. It was our first time to the Port St Joe /Cape San Blas area. We were very pleased with this house and its location. We loved being able to walk to the beach - just 5 min away past some lovely new homes, the pool and along a scenic boardwalk. Getting to various restaurants and Port St Joe was convenient and never seemed too far. Scallop Republic was fun and walkable from the house. Hunt’s and Indian Pass Raw Bar were both close and had great food. The home is very spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for the beach. The beds provided a very good night’s sleep, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and drink ware, and showers had plenty of warm water and pressure, etc. The house was also clean and smelled very nice. We truly enjoyed our time at Paradise Paws and wish we could have stayed longer. We will return if we have friends or family joining us again. Thank you Andy and Travis!

Fabulous forgotten coast retreat!

An absolute gem of a property! Well appointed, super clean, and the little kids nook was absolutely wonderful! All the games and books you could need for the kids. They had everything we needed for the beach. we literally basically showed up! It was like staying at a friends house who knew exactly what you needed.

The home was spacious, clean, had great stock in the bathrooms and kitchen, and was better than described online. The floors were slightly dirty and the water pressure was less than favorable, but I guess those things can be expected from time to time. We would definitely stay there again. We truly enjoyed jtn

Great Experience!

This is a newer subdivision so we didn’t know how it was set up but we were pleasantly surprised! We loved the house and the amenities! Nice pool! Volleyball area and close walk to the beach. House is beautifully decorated and larger than it looks on the outside. Had some issues with the WiFi but the owners responded immediately and worked with us till it was fixed. Great communication if you run into any problems. We found plenty of parking close to the house for the 2 boats we brought. Will definitely stay again.

Great place and Fun Neighborhood.

We had a great time staying here. The year before we stayed in the same neighborhood but the house we had was not clean. So we tried this one and it was much better. Even though it’s pet friendly you couldn’t tell that a pet had stayed here before. The cleaning crew did a great job. Has a great living room space for watching movies and we did a puzzle on the coffee table. One of the cool spaces about this house is it has a little cubby for kids under the stairs that my daughters loved. The place had a folding cart to help get things to the beach, as well as chairs so we did not have to bring any. The one thing I wish it had was a bigger dinning table but there just isn’t a spot big enough for a larger one. The host Andy was great. He responded quickly to requests and very helpful. All in all I would stay here again :)

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time. The property was located close to everything we love to do. The state park that is located nearby offered a very pleasant surprise. It was clean and so so gorgeous! The wade fishing was phenomenal too. Everything from the beach to golfing to pickleball and fishing right at our fingertips. Truly a vacation to remember!

40th Birthday

What a magnificent property! We visited Cap San Blas for my 40th birthday and Paradise Paws didn’t disappoint. The house was in magnificent shape, easy beach/pickle ball access. We fell in love with the small town atmosphere! We will definitely be making a return trip. Also, we left some items there and its been an easy process getting them returned!

Wonderful

We absolutely loved this house and everything about it. Our family has been coming to the Cape for many years and this has been one of our favorite stays. With adult children and my parents, the home offered us the space and amenities we could use. The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was not long at all. ❤️ We hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay and your beautiful property! I must say you guys have thought of everything! From a beach wagon, toys and so much more we were able to pack less! This was a family trip to celebrate a big birthday and we all had a fantastic time! Close to beach and bay, so much to do and your home was so lovely. Thank you for everything!
