  • Cape San Blas is a favored vacation destination by travelers looking to spend some time outside, either by land or sea. Visitors to this remote Florida Peninsula are typically outdoor adventurers, nature lovers, boating and fishing enthusiasts, or families traveling together in hopes of unhooking from their everyday world to reconnect with one another.

    Beach Blessing is a 5-bedroom vacation home that sits directly on the beach near the rock wall and features a private gulf front pool. This spacious home is designed to maximize the gorgeous views from nearly every room in the house. On the first floor, the living area is arranged in an open concept allowing everyone to convene in one spot with the ability to share special moments with the focus on the gorgeous white sand beach as the backdrop. Beyond the living room, a gulf front screened deck is furnished with outdoor dining to take advantage of dinner with a view.

    The single family beach home, which can accommodate 12, is located near a kayak launch point on St. Joseph Bay and in short walking distance to Scallop Cove Bait and Tackle and Beach Planet for ice cream and souvenirs.

    *Heated Pool, heater may only raise the water temp 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature and is not guaranteed to work if the outside temperature is at or below 60 degrees*

    *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival and departure dates (must follow the property's turnover day, if applicable). Alternate dates must be pre-approved.     **NOTICE: There will be a beach renourishment project ongoing near or around this property starting in December 2025 and estimated to conclude by May 2026. During the time of active work at or near the property, access to the beach will be limited and/or not allowed, heavy machinery will be in use, and bright lights on the beach. Location is excellent

This area was amazing!! The house is right on the beach and has a pool. The pool is not heated unless you choose to pay an exorbitant fee. The house was less than my normal standard of clean but we made it work. We were happy our little dogs were allowed to come with us. We loved the ever changing beach!!

Location

Location was excellent. Cape San Blas is a Beautiful area. Pristine Property needs to pay more attention to their property and have houses at 100% before guest arrive. They do not tho. Pool and deck was filthy and not able to use. Day 6 of vacation, pool was finally cleaned.

Family Beach Vacay

We had a wonderful time at Beach Blessing! Even though the weather didn’t always cooperate and we had double red flags several days, it was a blessing being with family! We did have to call management due to a couple of the bathtubs not draining properly, but they sent someone out and it was a quick fix! The actual owner of the property called while we were there to check and see if everything was ok! Overall, we had a great family vacay!

Having the whole family together was great. Weather wasn't the greatest but we made do. We were thankful for the pool since the gulf was very rough and stormy. Wasn't a lot of beach front with storms. Didn't really use the rented kayak.

Great location

Managment company needs to fix items when guests ask. Also they give you one trash bag then you have to clean the house on your way out but reduce your cleaning fee to reflect the work your guest have to do. Add some more supplies for the guests. Outdoor furniture is broken as well. Overall a good house.

Great place for family

This was our first time staying in Cape San Blas. We usually go to places such as Panama City Beach. This area is great for families looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of PCB or Gulf Shores. This property was well maintained and clean. Easy access to the beach was awesome! Having our own pool was thrilling for the kids in the family. They loved night swimming! Our only issue was with the Dish television service, it was out four out of the seven days we were there and no one could help us. This was a minor inconvenience due to having three small children who like to watch TV at night before bed.
