What a great place to spend time with family, friends or just a romantic getaway for couples. Our home is just under 10 miles north of Lexington and only 2 miles from the village of Port Sanilac. This luxurious lake house sits directly on the Lake Huron shoreline and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation: breathtaking views, the sounds of the waves rushing in, a large game room for the kids (or adults), spacious living areas, a private heated indoor pool & spa, kayaks & paddle boards to enjoy the water & lake toys to enjoy the beach! Our house can accommodate up to 20 people (this includes the detached guest house a few steps away from the main house). There are 2 large decks facing the lake, 1 on the main floor off the kitchen and 1 off the master bedroom and a large brick patio with patio furniture on the lower level off the family room and pool room. This 5,000 square foot lakefront home is decorated with warm colors and tastefully selected furnishings. The house is completely furnished with stylish furniture and quality bedding and bath linens. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Every detail has been taken care of! In the main house there are five bedrooms, two of which are master suites on the main floor with private bathrooms, and there are three upstairs. There are 4 1/2 bathrooms in the main house. There is also a private library with a sleeper sofa & gas fireplace that can be used as a bedroom if needed. Main Floor: King Master suite, Queen Master suite, Library w/ queen sleeper sofa. Second Floor: Blue room with one queen bed, Floral room with one queen bed, Dormitory with two queen beds & two single beds. On the lower level of the house, there is a family room with fireplace, TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Attached to the family room is an amazing pool room with a heated indoor pool and attached hot tub. This room also has a full bathroom and a mini bar with sink. Included on the property is a private guest house with its own awesome view of the lake. It has a sitting area, kitchenette, a king bed, fireplace, full bath and a sleeping loft with one full bed & one single. There is also an amazing 1,000 sq. ft. game room on the property with a sitting area with tv, pool table, foosball, ping pong, & shuffleboard. Enjoy the large yard adjacent to the water with a beach fire pit - a great place to warm up on cooler nights or just sit back and relax, listening to the waves. The boat house (located by the lake) holds beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, and yard games. Take a walk along the beach and enjoy the quiet serenity of the Lake Huron side of the beautiful state of Michigan!
