"Really nice renovations going on. Close to the airport. Really good for in the hotel restaurant Red Stripe. Plenty of outdoor seating by the water. Great place to catch a sunset! The new owner is extremely nice and has some great ideas for the future of this hotel. Can't wait to go back and see the progress. "

"the lobby was large and bustling with person sin elegant attire literally every day. At the same time we were able to meet with friends to have private conversation in this public area. The pool area was fantastic and inviting. The rooms were clean and from the balcony we were able to enjoy wonderful views of Kingston and the port Pegasus is opposite the emancipation park and we were able to enjoy the park with literally hundreds of people playing , walking, running and exercising. "The property is gorgeous, staff is very friendly and amenities are top tier. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 is due to the experience I had with the transfer service offered by the hotel. Not only was the driver very fast going up hill and no where in communications with the hotel was the cost of the transfer mentioned. Go for the spa & restaurant but arrange your own transportation. "

"Mostly an excellent experience and the hostess and staff were really friendly and helpful. Two downsides are that they did not tell beforehand that dinners and breakfasts cost additionally. Dinner ($18-$24) and breakfast ($8-$10). Also there were some bugs in the room as there was a gap between the door and the door frame. Overall a great accommodation though and ideal for hikers interested in doing the blue mountain peak trail."

"I stayed one night at RafJam with my mom. The property was gorgeous! There was a steam flowing through the side and rear or the property and had a cool dripping area and two mini falls.
