"Staff was great. But The whole place needs an over haul. Our bathroom was gross with rusted tub, mildew in grout, toilet cracked. Wall paper coming off wall. AC leaking all over floor. Felt like we were at a 2 star hotel, not a Hilton."

"During my stay, the STAFF was very kind to us & helpful. When there was a concern about something, they took care of it immediately. Best Western Aku Tiki Inn
"I paid for ocean view , received Partial Ocean/City view. I complained about the A/C making noise , they just ignored me. Main lobby was hot, at the bar they only had one lady serving everyone. The wait and drinks were horrible. Will not stay at this hotel."
