Excellent stay with well curated appointments

Really a great property with fantastic amenities and well thought out manual for the home with great recommendations for activities in the area. Probably one of the most tidy and well thought out locations we’ve been to. Already planning to book here again next year

First time in Texas!

It’s all about relaxing in the pool and spa and it didn’t disappoint! The weather was perfect for pool time and walking through the friendly neighborhood. Also the location is a quick drive to grocery store and points of interest.

Great Location & Property

Location is very convenient to SPI, Los Fresnos, and Brownsville. Great setting with lovely views from the back patio. Spacious and clean. Owner was very responsive from beginning to end. Thumbs up on this property.

5 stars!!!!!!

The entire stay was amazing!!!! Great house with amazing pool/hot tub. House was very clean and owner was over the top accommodating. Very quick to respond to any questions. Amazing quiet community full of friendly people. Only 15 minutes away from South Padre Island and the amazing Beaches and Restaurants.Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Very Nice Home

My wife and I and our two little dogs had a very relaxing weekend. We stayed in the pool almost all the time. Very clean pool with beautiful views of river running behind it. Most certainly will be back. Lwill be back

Relaxing

Property was clean, somewhat bare bones, but had all the necessities. I wanted to bake a cake for my girls birthday, but could not find a cake pan (& forgot to bring one). Other than that, very comfortable, pool & spa were clean. House in general was clean and well-maintained. Steven was very receptive/quick to respond. Great/quiet neighborhood. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your home.

Family stay

The backyard and the pool sold us on the listing and proved to be the star of the stay. We were glad we heated the pool for our April stay. We also enjoyed birdwatching from the backyard as it overlooks a little water. The house is very clean. The beds and all other furnishings are adequate, but nothing more. The kitchen is sparsely furnished and supplies seemed “rationed” to the day. None of this would prevent us from recommending the property or staying there again.

Dreamy week

We had a blissful and dreamy stay at this house. It was clean, check in was simple, and a great location. The area is superb. You are close to SPI without all the people. Would definitely return again.

The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great. Pool was great. The location was perfect and peaceful. Easy to get to the beach in Padre. Felt very safe ans secure.

Quiet family friendly paradise

We enjoyed the saltwater pool and hot tub everyday. The home was beautiful and clean, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The older teens had fun walking over to the restaurant near by, it felt very safe. The drive to South Padre wasn’t too bad, we would definitely go back. I highly recommend this property to anyone needing a nice quiet little get away.

Peaceful Getaway

We had a good stay at this property. It’s a spacious home, cold AC and both showers have fantastic water pressure. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and just a short drive to SPI. My only recommendations would be to bring your own pillows for sleeping and beach towels for the pool. The pillows are thin and the home has bath towels for the pool and they are not ideal. The property manager is responsive.

Beautiful House

This house was beautiful, very clean. The view was amazing, the housing addition was awesome. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. Very spacious place to accommodate all of us for the weekend. Would highly recommend!

Peaceful and Quiet!

Son is on deployment and it was a great house to allow him to relax and enjoy quiet time while cooking great meals! Close enough but also far enough away to many sights i.e Space Ex and St Padre Island
