Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Port Isabel and South Padre Island, and free on-site parking for two vehicles is included. South Padre Island is about ten minutes away across the Queen Isabella Causeway, and Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is roughly a 40 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

• Due to ongoing construction and occasional water line repairs in the community, temporary water outages may occur during your stay. Most are restored within an hour, though some may last longer.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

• Self check-in is available via a smart lock.

• Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Cats are not permitted.

• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.

• Your stay includes access to all Long Island Village resort amenities via a gate card and wristbands from the Welcome Center.
