"We had one negative (but many positives) experience with Chipman Hill suites. The premises are clean and comfortable. There's a level of attention to details. The location is great, we were able to walk around downtown with ease and enjoy what the city had to offer. "The owner was super nice, and met us to give us the code to get in and out of the house. You have anything you could ever need for supplies, there is so many expired items in the cupboards though. There was coffee, creamer, eggs and croissants that were in the fridge looking like they were bought just for us. The bacon and eggs were out of date though. "Our experience with this VRBO began with a text with the address of the unit, entry codes, etc. This text awoke us at 4.00AM! When we arrived at the apartment building, we were surprised to find that the elevator was not working. According to residents that we spoke with, the elevator had not worked for well over a year.
