"The room was clean and the conditioner worked well. Being on the back, our balcony was much larger then the side room we had last year. We paid extra for the view but there were so many trees, we could not see the water , the tide coming in and out or watch folks on the trail. We really liked the murphy bed much better then last years bed. We were thankful for being on the 1st floor instead of 3rd last year. So much easier for we seniors. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Home was charming, welcoming and comfortable, not fancy. View was lovely. Only one restaurant (no breakfast- wonderful lunch/dinners) and one gift shop - unique). Both venues are within a very short walk.
Must pick up any groceries somewhere else. Host gave helpful suggestions. .
Host checked in with us through Expedia/Vrbo text everyday to see if we needed anything. 😃

"Perfect location. Apartment is very sound proof which is great in a university town. Parking worked well on the property. Expect automated communication with the host, but he will reply to your questions as well. Lovely porch seating area. The whole place was very comfortable."

The location of this property is incredible. Just a stone’s throw from downtown. The bed needs to be updated. The fan in the bathroom ran all night. The lights in the parking lot shined in the window all night. I asked about the laundry facilities but never received an answer so don’t plan on doing any laundry because it isn’t in the suite. Otherwise a reasonable stay."
