Single family pool home in a quiet neighborhood, close to five beaches,

  • House has an in ground heated pool, living room, dining room, fully furnished kitchen. Gas grill , 2 car garage, laundry room and big yard. Close to several Beaches, nice restaurants. Charlotte Sports Park , Spring baseball with the Tampa Bay Rays and a wide range of water sports, fishing etc. special note no houses with in 100 yards every way.
    House is well furnished. Beach chairs cooler and umbrella for a day at the beach. Men’s and women’s 10 speed cruising bikes, fishing poles and small tackle box . K cup coffee maker. 55” Smart TVs in every bedroom and in the living room.
    Message chair, blue tooth speaker for pool side music. Each bedroom is very private with the bathrooms separating the three bedrooms on one side of the house and the master and bath on the other. Very private house surrounded by my vacant lots. High chair, travel crib, sand toys , pool toys . Very quiet neighborhood.

We were very pleased with this rental. It was quiet and peaceful…just what we were looking for. The house was very well stocked with everything you could need. We really appreciated not having to buy all the essentials, the pool and pool area was clean and nicely warm. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

This house is wonderful one of the best we have stayed in! Our host was easy to reach and very responsive. This home had everything we needed and some extras! The area is quiet and the pool was nice. We will definitely come back to stay.

Wonderful property. Feels very welcoming and has plenty of space for all the family. The main suite is completely separate to the other bedrooms so very private. The beds are comfortable too.You have everything you could need provided which is great including towels. The pool area was our favourite. It was a wonderful pool, kept at a nice temperature, plenty of chairs and a good sized table for outside dining. It was very relaxing enjoying the outside and listening and watching all the birds.The property is in a convenient location for shops, restaurants and beaches. Couldn't fault it at all. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to come back.

This secluded place was our best VRBO stay so far and we have been from Maine to Hawaii. Very clean and well furnished. Enjoyed the outside pool area daily after checking out nearby areas. Its surrounded by palm and pine trees. From pool area, you could see a few roof tops but beautuful vegetation kept you very secluded. Would definitely recommend this place and will try to stay here again.

Could not have asked for a more beautiful, peaceful place. Quiet neighborhood yet close to a lot of places. The pool was an exceptional bonus. Had a spacious deck with large patio to sit and eat our meals and enjoy the day.Host responded to all questions/ requests very quickly. Wish we had taken more pictures. Yes, we will be back!
