"The desk agent was very friendly, helpful and facilitated early check in.
Our room was clean and it was very convenient to have the restaurant/carry out service on the first floor. The few items we ordered were fresh.
I found the "destination fee" usage very confusing and don't understand why it exists.
There were times we wanted to ask for assistance, and no one was at the main desk or concierge desk. Additionally, I had questions upon check out, but again, no one was at the desk!"
