This family friendly space includes a private entrance, air conditioning, heating, a workspace, and television. A kitchenette with a refrigerator and coffee maker is provided. Located in the vibrant downtown area with nearby beach access, this suite is the perfect base for exploring Porec.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you will enjoy complete privacy in our ground floor suite, which features its own private entrance for your convenience. The entire apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, including a comfortable queen bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, and a modern bathroom. You will also have full access to our well equipped kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator and coffee maker. We are pleased to provide one free parking space for your use, at the parking Kantina in Vukovarska street.

Getting Around:

Getting to Exclusive Rooms Porto is convenient for travelers arriving by car or public transport. We provide one complimentary parking space for our guests at the Kantina parking lot located on Vukovarska Street. Poreč is well connected by bus, with the main bus station located about 900from the historic center, allowing for easy arrival from various regional cities. For those flying into the area, Pula Airport is the nearest major transit hub, situated approximately sixty kilometers away, which typically takes about forty five to fifty minutes to reach by car or shuttle service.

Please note that our check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

To ensure compliance with public safety regulations, all guests are required to complete an online check-in process, which may include providing an image of an identity card or a selfie.

We are a family-friendly property and can provide a cot and high chair upon request.

Please note that smoking is not permitted, and we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 10:00.
