This modernised and totally refurbished apartment with double balcony is situated on the third floor in a block of nine. It benefits from sea glimpses from both the sumptuous master bedroom and the light and airy open-plan living/kitchen area. Discerning holidaymakers will not be disappointed in this stunning home with its easy access to the myriad of tourist attractions Dorset’s Jurassic Coast has to offer.

Easy beach access, clean & comfortable.

Lovely apartment with easy access to Sandbanks beach/restaurants and ferry. Great view from balcony, quiet area with private parking. Lots of appliances and useful kitchen equipment (although the Dyson didn’t seem to work well,unless using the hose) comfy beds and great en suite.

Another great week

Returned after a great week last year. Perfect location; we used it as a base to walk to Studland and Bournemouth. Well equipped, clean and spacious. Would recommend!

Lovely Sandbanks Flat

Nice, modern, clean flat in a great location ideal for exploring Bournemouth area, Poole area and beautiful Studland. Easy to explore all these areas by push bike.

Relaxing break in a great location

Beautiful, spacious flat, on the top (second floor). You can hear the sea from the lovely balcony. Enjoyed some great meals out and long walks - you can use the chain ferry to get to Studland bay.

Amazing location

After visiting for several years, we already knew the area, but we had one of the best holidays ever, mainly due to this lovely accommodation and its location. We parked on arrival and didn't use our car until we departed - everything you need is within walking distance or we used the buses which run very regularly. The accommodation is bright and airy, and we felt at home immediately. We brought lots of things with us, but there was no need as the kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. I can't express how much we enjoyed our stay other than to say we have already booked for next year!

Lovely apartment

Lovely well appointed apartment. Handing for buses to Bournemouth and Swanage. Thought it was a bit overpriced. Walking to Bournemouth meant negotiating a beach so not easy. Nearest beach allowed dogs on it so was good if you had a dog. Unfortunately we didn’t so walked to a nice dog free beach.

Amazing Location & Modern Apartment

You literally can’t beat the location - so close to the beach and it’s a really nice airy and modern apartment. It’s worth flagging for any elderly guests there isn’t a lift (my mum is 76 and would have struggled if I wasn’t there to carry up bags) and if you’re not a dog lover the beach at this end is teaming with dogs (not all owners were ‘picking up’ after them), but these are the only two slight downsides. But, on the flip side this end of the beach is quieter. We loved everything else about out stay - you cant beat the location. The beach is so close, you really don’t have to drive anywhere. There are also good and easy bus links into Bournemouth and Poole and there are 2 restaurants walking distance away for evening meals (one child friendly) and there are also lunch options at either Haven cafe by the ferry, or the Sandbanks cafe (bit further of a walk). We got parked OK and then just didn’t move the car after that - either walked or took buses. Would recommend 😊

Great location, close to beach

We had a lovely stay in Sandbanks. Beach straight over the road and lovely restaurants in walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed and directions and arriving instructions were really helpful. We will definitely be back.

Having just returned from our second stay in this apartment on Sandbanks we can whole heartedly recommend both the property and location. It was great being out and about knowing we had such nice accommodation to return to in the evening. And only a few metres from surely the best beaches in the UK.

Absolutely loved this rental. A large flat with an amazing location to the Sandbanks beaches. Also a great location to a number of good restaurants and local sights. Communication with the owner was easy and any query was answered promptly.

Lovely flat in a beautiful location

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely flat in Sandbanks. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and close to some good restaurants. The flat currently has a great sea view due to building work opposite! Spotlessly clean and well furnished. We had a very comfortable stay and hope to return.

June break in Sandbanks

We had a fabulous week in this apartment in Sandbanks. Location for the beach was amazing and we even had a bonus sea view due to building work across the road! We ate at Rick Stein, Shell Bay and Oriel and had drinks at the brand new Lazy Jacks. Visited some lovely beaches, walked on the cliffs and went on the ferry to Brownsea. The apartment is spotlessly clean and really well appointed. Highly recommended.

Great Location

We stayed during possibly one of the busiest times of the year but the location equipped us perfectly for fun days on the spacious beach. The apartment had everything you would need including plenty of luxury fluffy towels.

Staycation

Easy process, great apartment, there were only two of us so plenty of space. Only a few minutes walk from beach and Ferry. 15 min walk to nearest shop. Very quiet area - shame about the house being built directly opposite which will block out view of the sea. Had it not been for the building work would have scored a 5.

Fantastic property in a brilliant location

All communication, directions and instructions were great. The property is a very clean, modern and well equipped and in a stunning location, only a minuet or two from the beach. We were also able to use the garage to store bikes etc during our stay which was extremely useful.

Wonderful stay and fantastic weather

Apartment extremely comfortable and clean. A few minutes walk from the beach and ferry to Shell Bay. Visited several restaurants, The Canford and The Cliff, 10minute drive, food very good. Our 2nd time in Sandbank’s and just love the area.

Fantastic week away!!

This is a beautiful apartment, very modern, spacious and clean, fantastic view overlooking the sea. The location is great, 2 minutes to the beach, Tesco Express is a nice 20 minute walk along the harbour. We had a mixed week of weather some beach days and plenty of trips to surrounding areas. The Jurassic Coast Boat Trip was nice for a day out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately stay here again.

Amazing location and great apartment

We spent a lovely week in Sandbanks, the apartment is in a fab location, with a partial sea view from the lounge which we loved! Literally a couple minutes walk to the beach, the quieter end of the beach near the ferry which we prefer! The apartment was airy, spacious and clean. So handy having a washing machine and dishwasher! Parking was no problem, we got a space every time. It suited our needs perfectly and we would happily stay again :)
