The front desk was amazing and the highlight of the trip was our server Fukiku I had a medical emergency and the manager checked in on me, gave me a referral and made sure I was ok. Like I was visiting family. Will be back!!!!"

"Hotel is locate right at the heart of the shopping area, super convenient. Most surprising feature of the room is the washing machine with cloth dryer, it is definitely a A+ for traveler even for a day or two. The staff here is excellent, friendly, kind and offer a lot of help in every aspect. The hotel lobby is small but provide an environment for relaxing and a drink ( it has a choice of soft drinks, wine and sake, most importantly free of charge). This make me and my family a very happy...
