We love meeting travelers, but we also know how to respect your peace and quiet, so for your arrival, it is you who chooses whether you want to be independent or rather welcomed.

We do not live on site but if necessary, we can intervene in 5 minutes. The neighborhood is very dynamic and well located, you will have no trouble finding everything you need nearby, without taking the car.

The car is naturally the preferred means of transport in Pontchateau which is a small town, however you can bring your bike and leave it tied up in the courtyard, on the other hand, there are beautiful walks to do along the Brivet leaving on foot from the studio, and joining the Coët Roz park, a site renowned for the cyclo-cross world championship events.
