"impeccable front desk service, room cleaning is excellent, and the kitchenette with the larger fridge and separate freezer is super convenient. beds were a litter firmer than I prefer, shampoo/body soap was a bit lacking, and laundry works fine, but takes forever (although to be expected with smaller combined washer/dryers of that type). This hotel is an awesome pick in the ningyocho area."

"The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The room had excellent A/C which was a huge bonus in the July humidity. We received welcome chocolates, pajamas, slippers and pour over coffee in the room. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet compared to other bustling parts of the city. "Conveniently located. A good 6minutes walking distance from nearby train stations. Booked this place as it accommodates big groups and was also less than 10 minutes away from Tokyo Station. "Place is very clean"

"Another cozy place. 5 min walk to the Hatchobori station. Check-in process was very easy and accommodating. We were early and they let us leave our luggage there as we went out. When we came in the evening to check in, our luggage was already in the room. Felt more like a dorm room than a hotel. Could use a little bit of cleaning. Carpet was dirty and had stains. We didn't feel comfortable using the electric kettle either. Front desk staff were extremely helpful."
