"The rooms were clean. The bathroom & toilet were average. The food at the restaurant was good. Benny Gomes (steward) was very helpful. There are two hotels with same name. One is Menino & other is Menino executive. There is no sign posting of the executive hotel. "

"Gorgeous facilities in a wonderful location. The gardens are immaculate, staff attentive and the dining options great. We had a relaxing stay for 8 days, allowing plenty of time to enjoy our time in this peaceful hotel."

"We met the owner at breakfast who organised for a chocolate cake to be delivered to our room for afternoon tea so we felt very spoilt. The Junior Suite was spacious with a separate lounge seating which was very comfortable."

"The staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom."

"We had an awesome experience at the Grand Hayatt this month. The dinning folks ( Akash, Rahul, Saurav, Suvrana, Saloni and Eloni amongst others), Vikash who helped and guided us through the stay and Raju who drove us around Goa. Thank you all for an awesome experience. There were a lot more folks whose names I don’t remember. "

"My mother and I had a wonderful stay at Alila! Not only was the hotel beautiful, the staff were amazing and really made the experience for us. Everyone was extremely kind and attentive and made us feel very taken care of. A special thanks to Velecia who took care of the activities and helped us make the most of our stay, both inside and outside the hotel. I would highly recommend this stay! We went during monsoon season which had its own charm as we spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony...

"Amazing stay for a week. We were treated like family by the entire staff and everything from food to amenities were top notch. A special thanks to the entire staff in the restaurant to the reception to the gym/pool/spa for making our stay outstanding and memorable. They also celebrated my Mom’s birthday with decorations, cake and special gifts. Thank you so much and we shall be back soon."

"Our stay at this property was truly remarkable, mostly due to the care and attention of the amazing staff, coupled with a spectacularly appointed property. We had experienced amazing hospitality at the Leela resorts prior to our stay at the JW, but this was at an entirely different level. Special thanks to Pawar, Rakhee, and Mhare for making our wedding anniversary unforgettable. We are already planning our return trip!"

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel. The receptionist, the management and all the staff were excellent and provided us with a very good service. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt centric. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. Customer service exceeded expectations. Breakfast had a massive variety. The small breakout area near the reception makes noodles and has a nice selection of cakes and pastries. Recommend without reservation "
