"The breakfast at this hotel was the worst we have ever experienced at a Hilton based hotel. The selections were rarely varied, often cold and unappetizing. Diane at the front desk was amazing and one of the breakfast ladies was great! The other staff, especially the rooftop bar manager, were at times rude and most often dismissive. We received housekeeping ONE TIME in 6 nights and that was only garbages emptied. Our carpet was never vacuumed, the bathroom not cleaned and the sheets never...

"The hotel had a great location near the beach, like 5 minutes driving. Its clean, good breakfast, the only complaints are about the bathroom ventilation which needs to be more efficient. "

There was no closet, minimal drawers and barely enough room to walk at the end of the beds. Diane at the front desk was AMAZING!! A lone bright spot in a week of frustrations at the hotel!"

"Everything was mostly great. Rooms are huge!!& you won’t get that many other places. Beach right on the hotel. Only complaint is that the restaurant service is super slow and sometimes ppl don’t come up to you when you sit. Also our tv in our room had a hard time working first world problems, otherwise highly recommend!! "

"The breakfast was good if you ordered whatever you wanted but took forever to come. Also the breakfast buffet didn't have much variety and no gluten-free bread unless you asked for it. Also huge problem with elevators, they took forever to close the doors and to arrive at your floor. Even though it wasn't busy."

"This hotel is disgusting its dirty roaches, bed bugs dirty floors dirty linen prostitution in their rooms people in and out all night with prostitutes. I had three children with me ages 4/5 and left the next day due to horrible conditions. i contacted the building manager and explained the conditions, and they told me to contact Expedia for my refund for the days i was not there 3 nights they denied my refund and i cannot get in contact with anyone Expedia did nothing about the deplorable...

"Sheets had holes in it. Bathroom sink was clogged with nasty stuff coming up. Bathroom walls had stains and mold looking marks. No fridge in room. Very noisy crowd staying. At check out there were 4 police cars in the parking/lobby area! Definitely not returning."
