"The room was very clean. We had a nice view of the Black Sea. Downside was that the shower drain was plugged. Didn't know how to contact anyone for help. Also didn't know where to find the entrance or office. It was around the back of the building. Nice lady there to help us find our room."

"I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...

"Our stay at Casa Mesembria was fantastic. We stayed in the king apartment, which was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely private terrace. Communication and service with Petko and at the restaurant was quick and attentive. The location in Old Town is also convenient. We parked the car and could walk everywhere. We’re looking for an opportunity to return."

"Hotel was lovely, taxi driver that the hotel organised was waiting at the airport very impressed how easy that was to get to the hotel. the balcony we have was in a brilliant spot overlooking the sea, but we lost the sun in the early evening. "From the very beginning we could tell the hotel was going to be terrible, we booked a pool view room and got a dank and dark ground floor room. We stayed five nights. "Hotel is getting ready to close for the winter so it was a little empty but the food was ample and good, the staff are amazing. I forgot my uk to eu adapter and they loaned me one. "

"My husband and I stayed for one night and found this all inclusive hotel fantastic. You are welcomed by the most friendliest concierge people. The room is clean and quiet. You have an array of delicious all-inclusive food and drinks (alcoholic drinks of their local brands are included as well!). The walk to the old town is just simply calming and beautiful. It’s a 5-10 minute walk so the location is ideal. Parking is easy (paid 12levs). We will definitely be back! "

"Absolutely delightful hotel. We were really pleased with our stay. The standard of the room was really excellent with a fantastic modern decor and kitted out really well. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and we particularly liked the poolside restaurant which had a very nice menu and good range of dishes. We were really pleased with our stay and hope to return next year."
